Support Worker

Full Time 37 ½ hours per week 6 months fixed term post based in Watford and Borehamwood

£17,335 - £19,007 + OLW £572 pa depending on skills and experience.

Working in partnership Herts Mind Network and Mind in Mid Herts deliver an exciting project based throughout Herts and working primarily with the Well Being IAPT teams. The post holders will work with people experiencing mental health problems who are working towards recovery.  The main bases for this post are Watford and Borehamwood.

The post holders will be responsible for supporting a case load delivering personalised support including CBT support calls, co facilitating groups, developing and implementing individual user led support and recovery plans. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to create positive links with service users and external organisations to promote inclusion and recovery
